Pricing Of Services Offered
For most small home improvement projects,
we use the strategy “YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR” method.
Simple, pay us by the hour for services rendered. We show up with 90% of the tools organize and efficient to complete most home projects in a timely and professional manner. No estimates, just a description of the work via email or phone.
If you would like and estimate (rough at best) . I will show up locally for $25, for up to 1 hour of discussion, nothing in writing or contracted.
We are open to guaranteed cost and a written quote/contract. We calculate this at a rate at $60 per man hou,r and a 20% markup on the entire project. We take all the risk, you pay the price. Check our past customers and decide.
Hourly rate = precise satisfaction of your specific needs. You want more particular work, we are pleased to accommodate, it just means more time. Simple you get what you pay for. You want it down and dirty, we cut out the particulars and you save. You decide, “You are the Boss!”

FEE SCHEDULE AS FOLLOWS:
$20 trip charge/fuel surcharge. Each day we come to your home. Local, Wheaton & Glen Ellyn. Slightly more for other locations.
This is are promotional rate through the end of September 2009. Normal rate is $60 hour.

Pre-paid home services: We are currently extending our $30 promotion rate buy pre-paying for blocks of time. We wave the trip charge for 4 hour minimum projects. 30 minute consultations in your home are FREE!
Pre-paid rates as follows:
- $45 per hour. Purchase 8 hours or more.
- $40 per hour. Purchase 16 hours or more.
- $35 per hour. Purchase 24 hours or more.
- $30 per hour. Purchase 40-80 hours or more.
- $30 per hour plus 10% of the entire project; labor, materials and 10% of subcontractors cost. This is for larger renovations such as; Bath/Kitchen remodels, Basement Finishing, Exterior decks/patios and room additions. Check the market you’ll never get a capital improvement for less.

$30 per man hour working on your site or running to get material. I usually figure a flat $30 for a shopping trip, we often bulk it wth a break / personal time if we run over an hour. Often we are back in less than one hour and just charge for that time.
